Is there a wireless router that has a built in signal amplifier?

I need a wireless router that has a built-in signal amplifier and provides a better performance. I have heard about the Buffalo G54 which has 802.11g 54 Mbps technology and provide backwards compatibility with 802.11b wireless. It has secure NAT and SPI firewall and s built-in 4 port switch. Can you give me its best buy price? Thanks

The Buffalo WHR-HP-G54 wireless router is a good choice, along with a built in signal amplifier, it also provides good performance across wi-fi network for both the file sharing and the internet connectivity. If you want to get a new one, the price is about $68.00.
