What can I do to make a wireless g adapter to receive wireless camera signals?

I have wireless camera. It is an analog wireless. The model is Astak 860Q. The receiver is missing. I don’t have any receiver and would not want to buy one. Is there any way to convert a wireless g adapter to receive wireless security camera signals? Is it possible to pick up the frequency with a wireless network adapter? What can I do to make a wireless g adapter to receive wireless camera signals? I would really appreciate your useful information regarding this. I hope to hear soon from you guys out there. Thanks.

Connect the wireless Ethernet adapter into the Ethernet port on the back of the computer. Insert the driver installation disk for the Ethernet adapter. The driver installation wizard will soon appear.Read through and accept the license agreement.Remove the wireless ethernet adapter driver installation disk and replace it with the wireless camera driver installation disk.As in the previous installation accept the license agreement and follow the prompts to finish off the setup.Install any software that came included with the wireless camera. Power on the camera and set it next to the computer. In a moment the computer should detect the wireless printer's signal, and state that it has connected to the wireless device. From here the computer may automatically launch the camera program and allow you to download images taken with the device.
