Why Windows gadgets weather stopped working?

According to your difficulty my difficulty is quite similar and it’s for the whole gadgets for the windows. You might be having the same problem that I've just solved. In my case I found that not only were some gadgets are not working but that the links to get more gadgets online are also dead. Try the following: Press the start/windows button - select Default Programs- select Start Default Programs - select Internet Explorer - choose Set This Program as Default. In my case everything started working normally. A note of concernif you are running Firefox I'm not so sure you may need to temporally uninstall that first.
