Which are the new windows gadgets that are available in market or internet?


I have an old desktop pc and it works quite well because I have upgraded it with the new technology which is needed by it. I am now days in search of new gadgets for my pc which is inbuilt with windows 7 because I lost them while using it. I would like to know from where I can download or easily get the new gadgets for my desktop for free. One more thing, which new windows gadgets are available in market or online and there stocks? Any information and advice will be highly appreciated. Please help.
