What is the windows 7 no sound after sleep problem?

Several well documented bugs are there in the Windows 7 RC build and usually this bug appears when a hardware or software component fails to reinitialize when the system resumes from sleep or hibernation. These bugs can be seen on specific systems that have combinations of certain hardware or software installed. The only way we have to deal with these issues is to try and avoid using the Sleep or Hibernate functions. If you experience this bug and still need to use the sleep or hibernate functions be aware that you could possibly lose any unsaved information in applications. As there are known issues with the sleep mode in this RC, you should opt to restart the system. If there is no more sound problem then it is a sleep mode problem. Good luck.
