Are all the virgin mobile phones showing the wrong data?

I have stored lots of music videos and data on my Samsung virgin mobile phone. But right now I am not able to access those data in the flash memory of my virgin mobile. It shows that there is no data available. But when I check the memory status of the flash memory it shows that only 1 GB memory free out of 8 GB memory. I had already scanned the flash memory with my computer antivirus but there was no virus found but I am still not able to access those data. I really need those data because some of them are really so important for me, how I can fix this problem?

May be something is wrong with your mobile phone or may be a virus has blocked your flash memory. At first you have to do is that, you have to purchase a flash card reader, if you have it with you its fine. Remove the flash memory card from your mobile phone then put it in the flash card reader. Plug the flash card reader to your computer USB port. Computer will recognize the flash card reader. After the computer recognizes your flash card reader, you can see that a new drive is installed in “my computer” drive menu. Open this drive and now you can access your all-important data present in it. If still not works try to run flash memory card recovery software. This will help you to access all the data present in the flash memory card. This type of software helps you to access all kind of blockage made by the virus. Not only the virus can make this kind of blockage but also the antivirus can do for simply protection of valuable data. This kind of recovery software you can get from internet.
