The TNT2 driver your mentioned most probably refers to Riva TNT2 graphics processing unit that was manufactured by nVidia starting in 1999. It is a 12 year old hardware now and belongs to the legacy section of nVidia's hardware. Unfortunately, newer versions of Windows like Windows Vista and Windows 7 do not have support for this GPU. If you are still running Windows XP or older operating systems then you can install official nVidia driver for the GPU. Follow the website nvidia.com to download the driver for Windows XP or Windows 2000.

And talking about other companies having drivers of the same GPU, TNT2 is a nVidia product and they are the only company that makes drivers for the graphics card. Please do not pay anyone or any company that may advertise availability of TNT2 drivers from their half. These advertisements are fraudulent and only phishing attempts to extort money from unsuspecting users. Also drivers are not sold as boxed products in shops, so there are no best dealer for it in New York.

If possible, I suggest you to go for a newer graphics processing unit from nVidia or AMD. The current lineup provides much performance and advanced features that delivers amazing graphical quality on the computer screen.
