Panasonic consumer Electronics Company today announced its first foray into the Blu-ray Disc player market with the introduction of DMP-BD10.
The DMP-BD10 incorporates a 296MHz, 14bit Video D/A Converter that provides high quality 4x over sampling.

Panasonic's Blu-ray Disc player, the DMP-BD10, is confirmed to be shipped in the US in September with a massive price tag of 'around' $1,500, we expect it to be much less, especially when Sony is ready to lure with $500 less.
