Toshiba does a miniature HDTV camera with it's HD1. The HD1 is one very small HDTV camera which measures just 1.6 inches square, not too bigger than a cube of sugar. And even at that dimensions, Toshiba have managed to squeeze in 3 CCD chips into it....
