Whenever you try to establish a connection between your desktop and mobile phone, synchronization is a very common problem that occur. But every problem has its solution. So, be careful with your steps while setting a connection and may be you can find solution to your problem. You can also try an application called as "Microsoft Active Sync" developed by "Microsoft". It is basically used for window mobile device. Simply download this application on your desktop from microsoft website. After that you need to connect your phone with your desktop via data cable or you can also use blutooth device to setup connection. Using Active Sync and Window explorer it is very easy to view the mobile contents on the desktop. When you get into the application, a window appears with a radio button option. You should choose the option "synchronize with desktop computer" then click on next button. And another window appears where you have to select the items like calender, inbox, contact, task etc that you want to synchronize and again click on next. After that a connection setting window appears, just click on "ok" and your device is all set for synchronization. A green signal appears indicates that Active Sync and the IrDA port are communicating. Now you can easily import data from your desktop to your mobile or export data from your handset to your desktop. This application is mainly designed to resolve the synchronization problem of users.
