Why I am not able to sync Google mail apps with android on HTC?

Recently there have been some new problems regarding the sync of Google mail with the android on HTC. Firstly check the sync setting in your HTC phone. Have a close look whether all the entries are correctly set to the default settings or not. If you have any problem regarding this setting, you may contact the HTC customer care.

If your problem is still not okay, check whether the apps you installed are the current version or not.

Also turn on the USB debugging and make sure that you have the Android DSK in your phone or not. Then have a look whether the drivers in your phone are at all correctly installed or not.

If still your problem is not over, try to log on to the Google apps as admin, manage the domain. Choose “mobile” under the service settings keeping the Google Apps Sync enabled.
