How can I sync dictionary to my computer PC?

Hi guys, I do some freelance work for text editing for some of my clients and merchants. I have to maintain the quality of my work and the content. So, I need to know the usage of the words very well. I do have a great deal of command on my language. But I feel that for a better and organized performance, I do need to have a dictionary that can guide me with the texts that I usually write. How can I sync dictionary to my PC? Waiting for an answer from your side!

First, Open MS Word and go to Tools tab ->Select Options -> Spelling and Grammar tab. and Click on Custom Dictionaries and get note of the location of your custom.disc file.

Using Windows Explorer and copy and paste Custom.dic from that location into My Documents folder that syncs with your PC.

Go back to Word and Click Add.

Browse to your newly pasted Custom.dic and click OK.

After Click on the newly added dictionary and click Change Default.

Then, Click OK twice.
