Need suggestions for low light cameras?

Hi there. Can you guys help me find a good HD camera which is capable of good low light filming? Actually I need a camera that can help me film anything even in lowest lighting conditions. I can spend around $800- $900 for fetching one. If needed I am also ready to buy an external light source if it’s not too expensive. Is there anything in the market that best suits my choice?

From last three months I am using the Olympus FE4000 digital camera. It is really an incredible digital camera for which I spent $89. It has got some of the best features like 12 megapixel camera, 3D technology, 16800000 pixels, 4 x digital zoom, max shutter speed 1/4000 per second, Min shutter speed 30 sec, face detection, 8 GB memory card, red eye reduction, LCD display. All these features make it one of the cheapest and best digital camera from Olympus. Canon EOS 50D digital camera: It has also got the max shutter speed of 1/8000 sec, 30 sec min shutter speed, face detection, automatic white balance and still image format. It has also got a flash memory for the storage and pop up flash, and red eye reduction. It has also got a very good LCD display of 3-inches. For these advanced and incredible features, you will have to spend $1899.
