How to use star trek computer sound clips in ppt?

Firstly, you need the sound clips of your choice (in this case star trek computer sound clip). Save them on your computer at a location known to you. Then open your PowerPoint presentation, go to the desired slide you want your sound clip inserted in. Then, click on the 'insert' tab (right on the top left side of your screen in Office PowerPoint 2007). Then click on 'sound', it will open a new dialogue box. Locate the sound file of your choice, select it by clicking on it and then click on open. It will be inserted in your presentation.

After inserting the sound clip you would be immediately asked 'how do you want the sound to start in the slide show?' If you want this inserted sound clip of yours to be played at a given time of your choice in the specific slide during the slideshow of your presentation. Then you have to select the option of 'when clicked.' Or you could also play it automatically when the specific slide appears in your presentation.

Remember to sync the sound clip with the timing of your presentation if you prefer to play it automatically. Else you might end up with playing the sound before the desired time.
