How do I get out of the speeding ticket because I believe that it was a faulty radar gun?

I need some help in the radar speeding ticket defense. I hope I will get some well guided advise from you guys. I got indulged in an argument after the police officer gave me a speeding ticket. I requested to see the radar. I know that in some jurisdictions the officers are required to show the radar if asked and in some they are not. Well in my case the officer totally refused to let me see the radar. Now how do I get out of the speeding ticket because I believe that it was a faulty radar gun? Please help me out. What can I do now?

Busted for a speeding ticket though you were slow?!

It is important first of all other, is that you dont always get busted for your fault. As you might have to notice that you always get caught on a busy time schedule, so did u overspeed or not !? does not matter. because

1. The officers have to book a peculiar amount of cases per day.

2. So they do have radars which have faulty regulations installed in them.

3. Well if you are caught at the unlucky time of yours then you have to face it this way.

Steps before getting caught:

1. Watch out for the speed gun at a good distance.

2. Well if your halted at long sight then you have to take your car/bike keys before they do.

Steps after getting caught:

1. Remain calm until the officers come to a conclusion.

2. Maintain your tone very softly and request to see the radar. In some cases the officers deny to show it to you.

3. You have to make a note of the ticket issued date and details of the case number along with the area you are caught and time.

4. Your next move is to the local police station or to the court nearby your locality.

5. Arrange suitable lawyers with all kinds of evidences on your booking along with the details of the officer's name who charged you. Collect information about the errors which are in common in the case of a speed-gun such as shadow error, cosine error, RFI errors, mechanical interference and file a simple complaint that you were booked illegally.

6. Also add to your case that you were mentally disturbed before you get onto your daily work, and demand for a complete proof over your ticket. Including to check whether the radar was free from errors, is it designed according to the traffic surveys act, and our own overspeeding proof.

7. The local court will take care of the remaining process. keep in touch with the dates of the case followed by the presence of the officials incharge at that date.
