Are the Sony DSC-W570 and Nikon Coolpix S6200 best cameras?


Actually, I want to buy two cameras for me and my sister. I have asked to my uncle regarding this, he is a photographer by profession so he suggested me two alternate for this Sony DSC-W570 and Nikon Coolpix S6200. I’m not gadget freak person so no idea about these cameras. I need a slight comparison between the two. I also want info on some best cameras apart from these two. Please help me.

Sony DSC-W570

Sony’s DSC W570 is a cyber shot digital camera. It features 16.1 mega pixel, 5x optical zoom. It has Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar 25 millimeter wide angle lens. It also includes 720p high definition video recording and optical steady shot image stabilization. The screen size of this digital camera is 2.7 inches with resolution of 230K. It has BIONZ image processor and optical steady shot image stabilizer system. W570 also has USB connectivity and multi use terminal interface. The power is supplied through Lithium ION Battery. The basic dimensions of this digital camera include 91 cm width, 51.5cm height, 19.1cm depth and weighs around 116 grams including battery and memory stick. The other accessories supplied by the manufacturer along with the digital camera are rechargeable battery pack np-bn1, battery charger, power cord and wrist strap. Nikon Coolpix S6200

Nikon Coolpix S6200 is a slim camera which contains 16 mega pixel sensor, 2.7 inch LCD Monitor, 10x zoom with ED glass lens and 720p high definition video. It also has EXPEED C2 image processing, one touch shooting effect, VR image stabilization, and 18 screen modes.
