How to solve the windows media center low bit rate problem?

Any time I'm watching live TV and a recording on the same channel. I get a full screen error message saying that the windows media center low bit rate from the tuner. I can still hear the program and if I go to play the recording, it shows that it recorded fine and there never was a problem with the low bit rate. This would not be a major annoyance, except that the only way to get rid of the error message so that I can continue watching. Please help me how to deal with this problem.

Issue which is not fixed in this update:

On a computer which is running Windows 7, you use Windows Media Center along with an analog TV tuner to watch live analog TV. You are able to receive intermittent Low Bit Rate overlay messages in Windows Media Center in this situation.

Windows Media Center I used to monitor the incoming bit rate of live TV . The bit rate drops to very low when there is the analog TV input that is weak or does not have a signal without this monitoring. This is able to cause a black screen or a static screen that is to be displayed. With this monitoring,

However, the method that is used to monitor the incoming bit rate on analog signals is too sensitive. This may cause a false detection of a low bit rate.

While watching live TV at random intervals, the screen would turn blue suddenly and display a "Low Bit Rate Error" message. I could still hear the video, but the audio would disappear for anywhere from 5-15 seconds.

This problem does not exist in windows like Windows XP Media Center Edition, Windows Vista, or even the Windows 7 Release Candidate--only the final version of Windows.

Countless other users are getting the same Low Bit Rate nightmare problem. Numerous troubleshooting ideas have been tested, but nothing worked. Now conclusion is made that Something was broken in Windows 7, and Microsoft needed to fix it.
