How should I solve the problem occurred with my google chrome url?

I believe you are getting the message "Whoa Google Chrome has crashed". Sometimes malware intrudes into the functioning of your google chrome software. This may be a case of foreign software infiltration.

Probable solution:

1. Try typing about:conflicts in your address bar and check what is conflicting the google chrome files.

2. go to Start>run type regedit

3. open the registry editor

4. remove the registry entry of the malware(the name of the malware you found conflicting with the google chrome files).

If you cannot find it directly go to tools>find, type in the name of the malware, right click it and remove the registry entry.

Note: Removing the registry entry only makes the malware non functional it DOES NOT REMOVE it.

Generally it is seen that some malware beef up your firewall to block certain files that your browser needs to access the internet.
