How to solve the problem of encoding with audio track 2 Handbrake CLI and Breakfast.app?

Hey has anyone used the video engine/Breakfast.app for encoding TV Shows? Its encodes then tags TV Shows automatically? There's an option to send commands to the Handbrake CLI to use specific encoding settings. My questions is, if you have videos with alternate audio tracks, like one in English and another language, what command would basically use the same settings as the preset Apple TV settings, but encode using audio track 2 instead of track 1? So how to solve the problem of encoding with audio track 2 Handbrake CLI and Breakfast.app? Looking for your suggestions. Have a nice day.

I think You should take a look at trac.handbrake.fr/wiki/CLIGuide#options, It has specifically audio options. I have tested this line, but a 2 should be sufficient for what you are asking. I must tell you the procedure. But If you some technical knowledge then only you will be able to understand it. It is as follows.
