Forwarding e-mails is perhaps the most common problem encountered by all the web mail service providers. Myfairpoint web-mail is no exception. It is to some extent a precautionary practice to prevent spam mails from spreading. All the ids frequently forwarding mails to multiple addresses are constantly monitored and necessary actions taken against them. If you have been forwarding too many mails to multiple addresses, the system may have automatically started rejecting your further request to forward such mails. A strict check on the inbox may lead to legitimate mails being filtered out as possible spam threat. Thus it is a preferred practice to avoid spam messages from root itself as it is difficult to separate them out from other important non-spam mails. The most likely possibility is that your forwarding service has been temporarily forbidden. Another reason could be the attachments of the mails. Make sure that the forwarded mails do not have any executable file attachments as they might be blocked for possible virus threats. Thus try using alternative media to transfer such data or try zipping the files to the format which might not be blocked. If the problem perceives for a long time, contact the help-desk or lodge an online complaint on the website itself.
