Seiko Japan launches uber geeky Star Wars Watches

So you have every possible bit of Star Wars merchandize in your home right from the Star Wars bed sheets to the Luke Skywalker pajamas. But no self respecting Star Wars fan would ever feel dressed up enough for the ComicCon if they didn’t have a timepiece to go with their Force-inspired attire. Well, Seiko Japan obviously feel your pain and that’s why they have created this awesome new Star Wars saga-based line of watches that may just be the coolest accessories on the planet and of course galaxies far, far away.

Most watches in the lineup come with old fashioned analog movement though for folks who truly want to relive the future as imagined by sci-fi writers of yore; there is also a Brightz R 2-D2 watch that comes with a super high-resolution digital display. The black and white 300dpi display on the limited edition watch can also displays videos and images from the Star Wars movies which only adds to the cool quotient of the quaint watch.

Other notable watches in the series include a green-tinted Yoda watch, a gold-touched C-3PO watch, black banded Stormtrooper watches, a Darth Maul watch and a Darth Vader watch that comes studded with tiny diamonds.
