Don't let the image fool you into believing that we here at GizmoWatch are covering 'low brow' subjects. So, let's get that out of the way; no, it is not a sex toy. In fact, the contraption is as eccentrically unique as it can get. Contrived by Sanyo Transport, the device supposedly helps in transforming mundane objects into full fledged speakers that emanate real sound. Confused? Well, let us explain it in details.

Christened as the 'Change Anything You Have Into A Speaker USB Vibration Speaker' (yes, that's its real name), the 'politically incorrect' shaped device comes with dimensions of 80 x 117 x 80 mm. It gets activated by simply plugging into the USB and Audio-Out ports on your computer. Now, if you place this activated machine on any surface, the surface will automatically get converted into a speaker.
For example, if you have kept the connected device on a nearby table to your computer, and you play some music files from your PC, then the table will act as a speaker system emitting the corresponding music. The above image even shows plastic bottles and assorted chocolate boxes showcasing their hidden musical talent.

Coming to the marketable potential of this contrivance, we are not too sure on the quality of sound emanated from our makeshift speakers. However, the Japanese company is looking forth for this to be used in business meetings and presentations. In fact, the acoustics in an enclosed space can be well defined and distributed, if one of these contraptions is used for every table in the meeting.
And, even beyond its practicality, we salute Sanyo for the oddball novelty of their product. Moreover, the pricing is also kept within limits at around 3,280 yen ($40).
