The holiday season is still a few months away though retailers of popular gift items have already begun stocking what they think could be the biggest sellers for the year. Since gaming consoles have become something of a staple in holiday gift guides, it isn’t surprising to find a few console bundles for the holidays sprouting up. However, what has come as news to most gamers is the fact that many retailers are already showing off the new Xbox 360 Holiday Bundles even though Microsoft has not made any official announcements about the said Holiday Bundles just yet!

For the moment, it is safe to assume that the bundles that have appeared on shopping sites are in fact based upon “leaked” info and that MS will in due course of time officially announce these holiday packs. For folks who cannot wait till the official press release, online gaming sites have confirmed that Wal-Mart and Best Buy have begun stoking the Xbox 360 Holiday Bundles.
It has been revealed that bundle priced at $299.99 includes an Xbox 360 with a 250GB hard disk, a month’s worth of Xbox Live subscription, Kinect Disneyland Adventure, Forza Motorsport 4 and a downloadable copy of Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Gaming spies have also spotted a 4GB Kinect Xbox 360 Holiday Bundle also worth $299.99. These are of course “spotted” bundles and the prudent console buyer looking for a great holiday deal should definitely wait a while to find out if MS will unveil more bundles for the Holidays.
