If after you copy or delete files usb stopped working everything can return to normal format the drive preventing Windows tries to access it or mount Linux automatically.

I will take this example as a special file sda to USB memory drive in question. Within a Linux distribution can try the following $ Fdisk / dev / sda

With the options presented by the partition or remove existing partitions and proceed to create a new partition and an appropriate file system (FAT16 is also often used to be the factory original).

In Windows you will see that it is accessible and we can proceed to give you a format and create you a file system by invoking the formatting of the drive from the context menu (right click on the icon of the memory stick). This last step is to obtain a successful operation on the Windows platform.

If Windows recognizes the USB memory devices only need to format in FAT16 (not NTFS). Alternatively, you can be FAT32 but the ability of the device will be lowered.

If the LED does not light the problem is hardware, there is little chance of getting it back unless it is only the LED, it would be very lucky.

If the LED lights but Windows does not recognize anything then there is a crossing led to copy, modify or delete files. The solution I found is using an operating system that does not automatically load the contents of the device. This is the case in which Linux distributions similar to autorun programs are easily DISABLED

Hi I have some experience repairing PCs at home on my own and I've been reading a couple of threads on this forum and have seen many people trying to help a boy who had a problem with a motherboard that he had screwed up by putting a new hard drive, and service you wanted to cheat, (no hard drive can fuck no plaque) (if your PC suddenly goes the more likely it is that the micro is not well cooled and protection system off the motherboard everything to avoid the cold micro)
