How can I remove sent items from my iphone?

I could not stop myself from buying an iphone 4 and still exploring this magnificent device. But there is one problem that I am not able to resolve myself as I want to stop the sent from my iPhone text from appearing on my iPhone emails. So if anyone has any idea to disable it ……tell me also.

In the Signature entry / edit screen to enter the desired line label attached to your email address, replacing "Sent from my iPhone" or simply delete everything in the box to remove the tag line completely.
