How to remove cached Google contents?

I want to remove a website from Google. I have deleted all the actual content from my server, but there is still cached content held by Google. Google denied my request to remove from cache. Said I need to use a robots.txt or a no index Meta tag. Now since I have removed all pages and html already what should I do? Do I just make up a single HTML page with a robots.txt or a no index Meta tag? How do I do this? Can someone show me how to do this, or is there a basic standard one I can use. Please help.

Hi dude. A cache is a collection of data which is formulated once the keywords are searched for on Google. To remove contents from the cache. Try these things, Go to site and just make sure that the cache is inactive like you intended while you deleted the website or the blog. clicking the website should give you the entire page with the "404 -- Not Found Error" message. Open Google and click on the "Help"option downside the screen. Now, Click on to the Webpage Removal Request Tool. under the Help resource. Now, You need to log into your Google account. Click on the help option that is at the top of the page. Click on the option that says ‘search results’ under the heading that is given by the name My Site and Google. Click on the option under the "Remove Content From Google" heading. To remove the unwanted cache right away, click on the option that is given for the URL Removal Request Tool. Now, Click on to the Remove URL tab, and then click on the option New Removal Request. Google will now just remove all your unwanted cache. Thank you.
