Could you tell me about some reliable and efficient gps brands?

Well, I need a GPS that is efficient in tracking the map even in the cloudy days. I don't want something that is limited. I work on the road a lot all across the country, so I really need it to be reliable. I want it to be portable. Could you tell me about some reliable and efficient gps brands? Which brand is the best? Please help me. Which is the best gps brand: Garmin, tom tom megallan? Please help me.

garmin

By far the biggest selling brand, with more than 50 percent of the market. Based in Olathe, Kansas, Garmin was founded in 1989 and today has 7,000 employees. Garmin GPSnavigators have always scored at or near the top of our ratings. In addition to portableGPS units, Garmin has a variety of fitness training devices and products for marine and aviation. The company announced plans to sell its own phone with navigation built two years ago, but the release date has been delayed several times.

Magellan

Magellan claims the development of the first handheld GPS receiver on the market, NAV1000, introduced in 1989. The California company makes portable navigation system for hikers, as well as cars, and is the provider of NeverLost system used in the Hertz rental cars. Magellan units have performed well in our tests, and have been impressed with some of the latest models of Magellan. The company is credited with introducing the firstportable navigation system that can respond to voice commands. But like other laptopsthat have, have seen mixed results in our tests.

mio
