What could be the reasons for at&t service down?

Hello people out there, How are you all doing? I have been using the at & t services since the past one year or so. It was all good but as I have shifted to a different apartment, I have observed that my at & t service is a bit down. It performs low. What could be the reason for at&t service down? Could you please tell me that how can I improve this service? Should I go for a booster or something that can really help me with the signals that I receive?

AT & T uses its spectrum bands 850MHz and 1900MHz for 3G and 4Gservice HSPA + service. T-Mobile uses 1900MHz for its 2.5G services, and uses AWS for its 3G and 4G services HSPA +. This is why the jail broken iPhone 3G AT & T, 3G or 4 does not work on the 3G network of T-Mobile. Not compatible with AWS spectrum bands.

But even though the 3G version of iPhone from AT & T are not compatible with the AWS spectrum bands, most smart phones T-Mobile 3G/4G least support the 1900MHz band and most of the spectrum bands other support, as well as international roaming.

Although there has been no official explanation, customers have been informed by staff supports that the cause is some sort of server outage.
