How to solve the error related to final draft 7?

Question is quite techie that’s why I came to this forum that I am trying to create a storyboard using a final draft 7. I am trying to create new SB. But this does not seem to be working. I am not finding elements listed in the menu. Also if you could tell me that can I change the characters name in Final draft seven and also what is the difference between final draft seven and final draft AV. What in your opinion is better to use. Thanks.

I tried the same thing before. Importing that file into the Final Draft 7 in Mac OSX seemed truly a breeze, and then it retained all those indents, requiring only with mild cleanup. I then put the Final Draft through all its paces on a 2001 Quic - silver G4 Dual 800 Power Mac with the 1GB RAM, and it is really great. Other reports as there is sluggish performance with the 512 MB RAM, under the Mac or the Windows.

All those screenwriting systems benefit from a lot of RAM, so do not just skimp. whereas, the other one that is, the Final Draft AV ($149.00 US), happens to be a specialized product that are built for the producers and the writers of the two-column scripts that are ver much popular in TV documentary and the corporate video genres. once, I had a Producer named David Sternburg, who has never used any automated software, or boot up Final Draft AV for Windows or take it through its paces.

Thank you.
