Which are the best PDA phones operating systems?

I am looking for a good phone. One of my friends told me that features in all the phones are almost same, what I should look for is the better operating system. I am totally confused between Blackberry pearl and Samsung Blackjack phones. Which PDA phone operating system is better? Which are the best PDA phones operating systems? I would really appreciate your useful opinion regarding this as it can help me buy better one. Thank you for your assistance.

Phone is a device in which you cannot install any type operating system. Phones are not like computer that you can install any OS in it. Phone has special type of OS that works specially only for phone. The most common phone operating system used by PDA’s are Google’s Android, Microsoft’s Windows Phone OS, Apple iOS, Nokia Symbian, Embedded Linux and RIM’s BlackBerry OS. This type of operating systems can be installed in many phones models, which includes multiple features. Android and Windows operating systems are the popular OS in the market. If you what the best operating system for your phone than I will prefer Android. Android was listed as the best selling phone platform worldwide in Q4 2010 by canalys. If you don’t like to choose Android as a operating system for your phone than there is another choice for you is the Windows Mobile operating system. Recently Microsoft has updated Windows Mobile 6.1 version to 6.5 versions.
