Where can I find a pc led fan at reasonable prices?

Guys I need a pc led fan which should be a red 120mm computer fan with 4 Red LEDs. So guys tell me where I can find it at lowest price available. Tell me how can I make one on my own is it possible? What are the things required and how much it will cost me?

If you are going to have fans in your case, why not use LED fans? LED fans to provide air-flow across a regular fan at the same price, but with the added benefit of lighting to the interior of your team with great aesthetic appeal.
