What to do when OSX connect to windows share doesn't work?

Hi all, I am facing a problem as osx connect to windows share not working. I am still not able to connect to my OSX box through Windows. In system preferences I have enabled "Personal File Sharing" and "Windows Sharing". On the windows box I go to "start" -> "run" -> "192.168.1.103Jeff"; the IP being my osx box and Jeff being the short of my account. I then receive an error saying "The specified network name is no longer available. So can someone tel me what I need to do to fix it?

As we have our fellow MuyComputer, Windows 7 is installed on more than 5% of all computers are connected to the Internet during the week of 15 to 21 November, according to data from Net Applications.
With this figure, despite representing only a short period of time, it is clear that Windows 7 (which had a share between 5 and 5.14%, compared to the 5.00% average couta Mac OS X ) is already installed on more computers than our beloved apple operating system ... and if not, is not far exceeded.
The comparison is not entirely objective and comparing the performance of two days of Windows 7 with that of the whole week of Mac OS X. This comparison would indicate that Windows 7 is still down since the weekly average rate was 4.15%. Vince Vizzacaro However, Net Applications' executive vice president, said "we can say without doubt that the daily quota of Windows 7 and Mac exceeded that in the week."
I have a network share to a file server in Windows Server 2008, which is used to view all media files on each computer at home. I have been able to access this share on OS X (10.6.2) from a year ago, no problems.

This morning, however, I could not connect through OS X. I tried rebooting, and connecting to the IP instead of computer name, to no avail. A friend recommended the abolition of the DS_Store. Files in the shared resource, it may cause problems if the file is corrupted, but this does not help either.

I can ping and RDP to the server. You can also connect to shares on all computers except the file server.

I'm at a loss what caused this and how I can fix it. I have not touched any settings in OSX or the file server in months, so can not be.
SQLite uses an unusual type. Instead of assigning a type to a column as in most systems SQL databases, the types are assigned to individual values. For example, you can insert a string into an integer column (although SQLite will try in the first instance to convert the string to an integer). Some users consider this as an innovation that makes the database much more useful, especially when used from a scripting language for dynamic types. Others see it as a drawback, since the technique is not portable to other SQL databases.SQLite was not trying to transform the data type of the column to the version 3.
Multiple processes or threads can access the same database without problems. Several read accesses can be served in parallel. A write access can only be used if you are not serving any access concurrently. Otherwise, write access fails returning an error code (or can automatically retried until a timeout expires configurable). This concurrent access situation would change when working with temporary tables. However, it could cause a deadlock because the multithreaded
