what is the best way to organize iphone apps?

I have an iphone 3gs and have lots of music, wallpapers and apps on my 32 gb iphone but now I want to organise my iphone apps because in order to find a particular app I have to flip through several pages of apps which is not a great user experiences. So I want to know the best way to organise iphone apps. If someone has any experience with this please tell me also ……a straight forward reply will be appreciated …..thanks in advance

You can make use of quickgold. I have put 80% of my applications in categories. When you want to use an application, just search with quickgold. It starts up with no loading. It is the best setup I have tried. Dock and categories seem to run much smoother and faster than they used to. I really liked dock, but if you are going to poof all icons make sure to get some blank/transparent icons to leave on screen or the phone will go into continuous reboot.. I usually just have a bunch of screens each screen is of different category. Hope you've got the answer, enjoy.
