Help me with some optimum core i7 920 overclock settings?

I bought this processor a few weeks back. I read that it is good for overclocking purposes. I tried to do it but I am scared and hence not tried it much. Could someone help me with some optimum core i7 920 overclock settings? If there is any youtube link it would be helpful too.

Base Clock (BCLK) or QPI is the frequency that controls everything, it's like Hyertransport of AMD. It controls the transfer speed of the processor and memory. This is the option principal we work to achieve the desired overclock.

CPU Clock Ratio (Multiplier): The multiplier is used to determine the processor speed in conjunction with the QPI. Nothing new its just like other processors.

Uncore CPU Frequency: speed L3 cache and memory controller. This frequency must always be twice the memory divider. For example if your memory is set as 2:8 the Uncore must be at least double, or 16x, if your memory set as 2:10, your Uncore must be 20x or more.
