How to open remote registry?

I have Windows Server 2008 and I want to enable a registry key which is a value that tells shutdown event tracker when to allow a user for info about a sudden restart or shutdown. Without remote registry access shutdown event tracker cannot distantly reset this registry key value. So tell me how to open it?

This is very simple.

Expand the hk local machine to Navigate to the system, then just select the currentcontrolset, Control and then the Terminal Server. Locate the whole line fDenyTSConnections on the left window pane and then double click on it. Set the whole Value to the data to the 0 option and click on the ok. Navigate to your start menu then select the Run again or open the Command Prompt as discussed first. Type the shutdown -m ComputerName -r, whereas ComputerName is the whole name of the computer whose registry was just edited. Click on the ok button. The reboot implements the whole registry changes made, which will enables the whole Remote Desktop Connection.
