Why does the network printer go offline while using it on windows 7?

I have difficulties keeping our network printers online. In order for a window 7 machine to print our Toshiba e-studio we have to give it a static IP address in the same segment as the static IP address for the Toshiba e-studio. But none of the XP machines have any problems printing at all. XP can have any IP address and print. I am confused why it is giving problem while using windows 7. Any help will be appreciated.

First of all make sure that your printer is win 7 supported. After that go to the website your printer is from and install the latest driver .

After that remove the printer's drives form your control panel (programs and features> Uninstall) it properly after it restart your computer

Update your win 7 completely.

Again reinstall latest printer driver which is win 7 supported.

Use this network printer as a default printer.

Please check your workgroup or domain name correctly.

Restart print spooler services and make sure it is automatic enable.

Make sure your windows firewall or antivirus not block printer related services and also

Unblock snmp communication related services.

on win 7 computer select Advanced> Print Processor and set "WinPrint" to RAW, or change MS_XPS and select RAW.
Go to the printer driver properties Select the Ports click on configure port and uncheck SNMP STATUS ENABLE and ok.

Uncheck ENABLE BIDIRECTIONAL SUPPORT .AND check in ADVANCED TAB select “printing after last page is spooled”.
