I'm assuming that you don't exactly want to pay $99.99 for burning music files. Nero has launched a stripped-down version of its Nero 9 full version software, called Nero 9 Lite (now called Nero KwikMedia) which is a freeware; it can be downloaded for free. It contains the most basic features, namely, data burning and disc-copying - so if you mainly want to use it burn data, it should serve you fine. It's a simple, hassle-free program, easy to download and is a surprisingly small-sized file (4.8 MB), compared to Nero Lite's 174 MB.
