Why does media center unable to play mp3 files?
I am dealing with a big problem that seems not to be solved so easily. The problem is some of the tracks in my library have suddenly become unplayable in media center mp3.They are still recognized and playable by other windows mp3 players, and indeed over a network by iTunes, but Media Center shows them as faded icons and won't play them. I’ve come across a similar problem before when iTunes started losing tracks in similar way, but that turned out to be header corruption in vbr files and was fixed by little programmers called vbrfix. In this case I am looking for expert advice. Please help
