What are mac os x secrets and features?

I have a mac and it has OS X installed on this for last couple of months. But still I am not aware of its hidden features and other shortcuts. I want to know about secret features and shortcuts known only by the most elite nerds. I want to know about placing widgets on screen, YouTube videos using Safari and accessing the entire second clipboard. So provide me some info along with the links.

1. The ability to change the desktop image login -> This is the first item on the "Top Secret" list. Click the right location and the secrets that let you choose desktop images Windows

2. Check spelling as you type -> This topic is in the "System" group. As a person who does not use English as their primary language, the constant line of red that appears under each word I write can be very annoying. Disabling this option gives me a more relaxed view.

3. Text of the login window -> Deepen the system group, you will find the option to add text to the login window, along with other connection options.

4. On / Off Control Panel -> Not everyone uses the Dashboard. While some people useWidgets largely others may see only as an additional burden to the system. There are many ways to enable / disable Dashboard, but I found that the use of the secrets is the easiest.

5. Adding spacers to the dock -> Secrets allows users to add separators to the dock eitherthe left or the right side (or both). There are also options to add batteries.

6. Quit Finder menu -> If you've ever wanted to stop Finder, you can use this option to add"Quit Finder" menu.

7. X-Ray Vision -> And here is my favorite X-ray Display Quick View folder. Can be found in the "Top Secret" section or the Finder. If active, you can view the contents of a folder, while using Quick Look. (Secrets asked to quit before the Finder, the result could be). Not really useful, but totally cool.
