i need mac audio hijack tool for windows?

Sometime it happens that when I am listening to a live performance on the internet of some artist I want to download it with the help of some tool which provide me the freedom to record any audio on my computer. I have heard about Audio Hijack which is there for mac so I want to ask you that is it also available for windows user? Is there something related software to it?
