The Lenovo IdeaTab S2109 has been touted to be out on its way for a while now and when Lenovo finally announced it’s unveiling, we pretty much got what we expected and were told would be on offer. One of important features of the tab is the 4:3 IPS display, which might appeal to those who would want the extra bit of ease when it comes to browsing through web pages. There is also the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS on the inside that promises a smooth and hassle-free interface. The S2109 comes with a 9.7-inch display with 1024x768 resolution and it is about 8.9 mm in thickness.

It comes packed with a 1GB Ram, but there is still no official word on the processor as of now. The IdeaTab S2109 will come with a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera that will help you with your video chats and we have not really cared much for the camera on the back of tablets and hence the absence of one here does not really bother us all that much. There seem to be plenty of entertainment options though with quad speakers offering you some great sounds and an access to Play Store Support among many other features.
You have the HDMI and USB slots for greater connectivity along with a microSD slot to get bit more of storage packed in. All in all, the IdeaTab S2109 from Lenovo does not appear to be a bad option one bit, especially if you are looking for a tablet with 4:3 aspect ratio instead of the 16:10 that you normally get in most Android tabs. But with more exciting options around, pricing will be the key here.
