How to install Windows XP?

Recently I had to format my system due to some spyware that were making things really difficult for me to work on my system. I did set up a BIOS to boot my system from CD ROM. Everything was running smooth until and unless I used the CD Source of Windows XP that refused to run saying that "NTDLR missing, press CTRL+ALT+DEL to help the system to restart. I did restart the system by following the given steps two or three times continuously but it didn’t help me anyway. Is there anyone who can help me to get out of it? Also is there any step that I have been missing during the whole process?

As you said that you are unable to install the windows XP operating system on your computer system and you get an error message that is NTDLE missing, so I want to tell you that this error message only occurs when you have a damage operating system CD or DVD, so I suggest you to please buy any other new CD or DVD of the operating system, your CD is damaged and it’s not providing all the files to load the operating system. Apart from this sometime this will happen due to some hardware related problems like the CD drive is unable to read the data or the drive is damaged, etc. So I suggest you to please check all these things and then restart the process again. I am sure that now you will not face the problem again.
