Though there seems a little chance that Apple will ever create a table touchscreen as Microsoft did, however, designer Adam Benton has conceived an iDesk that looks a lot like Microsoft Surface. Benton has designed a perfect Apple worktable with multitouch capability. You just have to put an iOS device on the table to synchronize with either iTunes or iCloud. Moreover, you can operate your computer with a Magic Trackpad on iDesk. Simply cordoning off any area on the table, you can turn it into a trackpad.

The iDesk lets you display appointments and to-do lists. The surface doubles as a huge secondary display. Well, you can run a variety of apps on the touch-sensitive display. Calendar, phone, video conferencing tools, Adobe tool palettes and other widgets could be navigated on the surface. All paperbound office things can be replaced with the digital form thanks to the iDesk display.
Of course, you can place your desktop, laptop, smartphone and other gizmos on the table. Moreover, it can also be used to place books, teacups and other common things we can see on a regular table. However, it acts as a live and smart interface.
iDesk will allow you update the company’s Facebook or Twitter page without even using the computer. The iDesk will let you do the task just from the table itself. Transferring data between devices and unloading data to iCloud are also quite simple on the table. For this, you just have to swipe an icon from one device to the other on the surface.
As of now, the iDesk is just a concept from the crazy designer. However, once it comes out of the concept phase, it is sure to create huge frenzy in the tech world.
