How can one get Icon Viewer for Windows 7?

I need Icon Viewer which is a windows explorer extension that helps you easily view, copy and save icons enclosed within programs and libraries. It is a shell extension and a plugin for Windows explorer. It can easily copy device images to the clipboard and save icons and device images to a separate file. So, tell me where to get it? Is it totally free?

You can view all the icons that are contained in an EXE, DLL, ICO, ICL or file, or you can view (at the same time) all the icons that are contained in a directory. In addition, you can compare icon files to see if they are identical or not, and search the current directory for duplicates of an icon.
Iconview is a free Windows Explorer extension that allows you to view, copy and save the icons contained in the programs and libraries. Iconview is a shell extension, a plugin for Windows Explorer. When you open the properties box of a file that contains icons, an extra Icons tab will appear. Clicking on this tab leads to Iconview property page, and displays the icons that contains the file.

Right click on a DLL or EXE resource icon, click Properties and select the Icons tab. Icons tab, you can perform the following tasks:

The icons in the file view
Copy images to the device clipboard
Save the icons and images of the device in a separate file

Iconview allows a preview of all the icons contained in their files for all different sizes, and easily save individual icons on your desktop. Iconview is free and works on both 32bit and 64bit versions of Windows.

To use: Simply right-click the file and then select the "Icons" tab. Scroll through your icons and use the buttons at the bottom left to save, copy or change some options.

Supported file types: Tested successfully with the DLL, EXE, ICO y. Interestingly, ICL files do not seem to have the support, which seems a strange omission.

Wishlist: Support for ICL files, please.

The verdict: This program is ideal for working with icons constantly or only occasionally. I wonder why something like this is not built into Windows. I especially like that works with 32-bit and 64 bit Windows. The program can do even better, however, if it is also compatible. ICL files.
