How can one do i5 750 overclocking?

Last month I bought a new machine which has a Core i5 750 @ 2.66GHz. I have heard about i5 750 overclocking and searched it myself high and low on the internet but there was no guide to overclock it. I need a basic how-to guides with some expert opinion just to be sure about it. So provide me some useful link regarding this.

Today we're bringing you a step by step overclocking of Intel Core i5 750. Although much of the information given is valid for all P55 motherboards, which will focus on ASUSP7P55D for this particular guide. Through our tests we achieved almost a 60% overclockand can show you how it's done in just a few steps.

We recently completed a clock for the CPU clock article comparing several quad-coreprocessors from AMD and Intel. The new Core i5 750 is located between the package and were amazed at what this processor had to offer in terms of performance, especially considering it only costs U.S. $ 200. When comparing the Core i5 750 against the bigger more expensive LGA1366 (Core i7 9xx) processors of the results were surprising.

Surprisingly there was little difference between the performance of the Core i5 and Core i7750 860/920 when working on the same frequency. In the end, more concrete results our belief that the Core i5 750 is the best value quad-core processor available for the time being, without exception.

In addition, we provide evidence that the overclockers need not worry about Core i7 8xxseries, as there is nothing to be gained when the push to 3.60GHz and beyond. The Core i5 750 is already a great value in any kind of overclocking is done. However, pushing beyond 3.0 GHz and begins receiving Core i7 9xx series performance, and if they gobeyond the Core i5 750 begins to enter into a league of its own.

Best of the Core i5 750 overclocking is that it is very easy, especially if you choose the right hardware. I am currently working on a P55 motherboard roundup covering large plates of different manufacturers. One of the ways that we are comparing these plates is based on overclocking capabilities, and this is where the ASUS P7P55D series has really stood out.

To date I have overclocked a Core i5 processor number 750 in a series of ASUS P55motherboards, including the ASUS P7P55D, P7P55D PRO ASUS, ASUS ASUSP7P55D EVO and P7P55D Deluxe. These boards range in price from U.S. $ 150 overU.S. $ 220, so there is something for everyone. What we have noticed is that despite themodel you choose, all are capable of some pretty amazing overclocking with the Core i5750.
