Why my HP note book is giving me hard time?

Sometimes what happens that you try to install some program or a software, which does not install properly or is a trojan or a virus. As per the symptoms you mentioned, most probably, it is this program which is causing all the problems. So you need to follow the below mentioned steps:

1. Press the Start button and go to the control panel.

2. In the control panel on the top you will see view by,where you will have three options. Choose the category option.

3. Different sections will get displayed and the program section will be on eof them. In this section click on, "Uninstall a program".

4. Then the list of installed programs will appear on the screen.

5. Right click somewhere in this window. An option window will pop up, and in this window you have to select, "Group By" option and choose installed on.

6. The programs will be grouped according to the date installed. Look for the program that you installed after which the problem began to start.

7. Uninstall the program and then restart the laptop and it should work fine.

Also, use the registry cleaner to clear up the registry errors which may have caused because of this software.
