How good is Windows 7 password manager?

Nowadays it is getting really difficult for me to remember those dozens of passwords on most of the folder that are on my PC. In fact I have to write and remember them. Recently one of my friends was talking about a password manager that helps you to manage your passwords. Is it really helpful? Can anyone help me out to find out whether how good are these password managers? I have Windows 7 as my operating system, if it comes of any help to you.

Print and read the whole document. If you do not understand the information or have questions about whether you can upgrade yourself, contact HP or an authorized service center of HP for assistance.
Make sure you have the installation discs and registration keys for all software and third-party HP to install after upgrading to Windows 7. Perhaps those records required if you choose to install Windows 7 with disk formatting, instead of the update. Some programs designed for Windows Vista will not work in Windows 7, even if the original installation disks.
HP does not provide disks with Vista pre-installed programs may require purchase of a new version of software compatible with Windows 7. Contact the software manufacturers to know their policy on upgrades and products compatible with Windows 7.
If you have not created a set of recovery discs, you should do before the upgrade. You can only create a set of HP recovery discs, it will not work on another computer. You should create the Vista recovery discs before upgrading to Windows 7 because if for some reason you want to return to Vista, you can use to reinstall the original Vista operating system. See Using HP Backup and Recovery Manager for more information.

Establish a new password for an administrator account and then forget the password.
By eliminating the administrator account and not be able to enter another.
By changing the administrator account to a standard user account and gain access to another administrator account.
Why Windows 7 or Vista so that damage does not accept correct password.
Whatever the case if we face a situation like the above, today we will learn to resolve these situations.

The procedure that we will continue to access the account will be using the System Restore feature.

Note that for this to work, the System Restore option had to be enabled and there must be a restore point prior to the time you lose access.

The first thing to do is insert the DVD in Windows 7 or Vista on our drive and reboot the computer. Press a key when the screen message tells you to "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD".
