Is there any good osx snes emulator?

I liked to play games on SNES when I was kid. I liked it more than NES. I had an emulator for my windows which worked for SNES games. But now I have a mac computer with osx so I have no idea which software to look for. Is there any good osx snes emulator?

I can help you out with this. This is where you will find an extensive list of links to the official sites for these emulators (if available) as well as local downloads!

BSNES

bsnes is an emulator that began development on 14/10/2004. The focus of the emulator is on accuracy, debugging functionality, and clean code.

SILHOUETTE

Silhouette is supposedly a product of internal Nintendo research. When it came out, it had almost perfect emulation (sansSuperFX and other goodies). Version 1.0 is the only version ever released. It plays a great amount of games, but slightly slower than is SNES9x. It is worth the download.

SNES9x

Snes9x is one of the better SNES emulators of today. Primarily written in C ++, ported to Snes9x has been several platforms and recent versions focus on cleaning up. If bsnes is too slow for you, Snes9x should be your first choice right now.

This Mac OS X version Seems to be the official one, Which is anx86/x64'm Presuming universal binary, Though I can not test this as I have no Mac box to test with. Knowing more Should Anyone feel free to yell at us on the forum for screwing up. , -

SNES9x is a full featured SNES emulator for Mac That lets you do all sorts of Things, Including using an external game pad, customized controls, enter Game Genie cheat codes and codes Directly Into the game, create freeze states (ie: saving anytime anywhere) , export movies of gameplay, and so much more.

Hope the info proved useful to you.
