How to full screen mode safari?

HI all, I just switch from Windows to Mac and I have a small problem as I want to know How to full screen mode safari.I thought I can do it by clicking on maximize option as we normally do to maximize screen. However I tried to my Mac just then, and apparently Safari doesn't maximize the window to full screen! It will just change to a default. Can someone tell me what is the simple way to full screen mode safari I mean there might be a shortcut for it.Friends kindly help me for this as I am fed up of tying it on my ways.

In windows you can do the apps fullscreen but not in Mac, pal. Well, there are plugins to do this but this is not even required because Mac's UI is simple and sleek and you can use any app without the need of maximizing it.

You can manually drag the corners of the Safari window and put them near the corners of your screen to have a full screen experience like in windows.

OR

download this plug-in specially made for this purpose:

haoli.dnsalias (/Saft/index.html)

It adds a new preference pane in your Safari called 'Saft', & two extra menu items under the Safari menu, above the 'Preferences..', called 'Full Screen' & 'Max Screen'.
Select 'Full Screen' to turn on the full-screen feature.
