Motorola’s Droid RAZR is up with 7.1 mm thin body and many cutting edge features. As per reports, Fujitsu Arrows F-07D is to have a 6.7 mm body when it realizes next year. It means the smartphone market is to become more and more intense with incredible gadgets. The year-end has so far brought us many smartphones with various capabilities.

In fact, we have scanty information about the potential Fujitsu Arrows F-07D. The Chinese technology maker has not revealed anything about the smartphone. But rumor mills have produced lots of predictions about the forthcoming device. The details make clear that the phone will be made with moderate components, even being the world’s thinnest smartphone. Anyway, we can have a look into what rumormongers are saying about Fujitsu Arrows F-07D.

The smartphone will be equipped with a single-core 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU and 512MB of RAM. The 4-inch display of the device will have a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels and it will be covered by Gorilla Glass for durability. There will be 1GB of internal memory, a 5-megapixel rear camera and micro-USB and micro-HDMI ports on the Fujitsu smartphone.

It is not sure on which version of Android the Fujitsu Arrows F-07D smartphone will play on. If it comes early next year, surely the device will be getting Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, the latest version to Android, which Google launched weeks back on Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Anyway, with a look into the rumored tech specs, it is quite clear the Fujitsu smartphone is only a moderate product. With a single core processor, 512MB of RAM and 5-megapixel camera, the smartphone will not be able to survive in a market, which is replete with phones with dual core processors, 1GB of RAM and 1080p 8-megapixel rear cameras.

Anyway, SlashGear reports that the Arrows F-07D smartphone has cleared the FCC approval. The Chinese technology maker might just move to mass produce the device for an official release next year. Of course, the thinnest Android smartphone will raise critical challenge to Droid RAZR, which has been creating huge buzz with its thin body. The Fujitsu device is expected to be released at NTT DoCoMo in 2012. Nothing is known about the device’s pricing, however. We can certainly look for an official announcement from the Chinese technology maker on the smartphone sooner than later.
